FAQS

The stoves are very efficient and economical because you only get to use a few pieces of charcoal for you to be able to cook.

It depends on how much you are going to cook, but we assure you that you only need a few charcoals compared to charcoal stoves made out of metal/cement or any other kind of materials.

With our easy steps to light up the stove, with the TRPO model you can already cook in 1minute. For other models, you can cook within 2-3 minutes depending on how much charcoal soaked in denatured alcohol you put in.

You can use any kind of wood charcoal, briquette or coconut shell charcoal. Do not use charcoal that is partially carbonized (coal that is still partially wood which produces soot and smoke when heated).
